Enough

Available Now

Enough addresses those times when you feel you're one wrong word or decision away from being found out. Imposter syndrome is just the tip of the iceberg of the larger things you're starting to recognize more and more.

Belonging

Available Now

Belonging addresses both sides of the same ground: the moments you walk into a room and something in you settles, and the moments you're right there in the middle of it and still feel like you're standing just outside.

Clarity

Available 6/15

Clarity addresses what actually happens when you finally see something clearly. Sometimes it's relief, the path forward becomes obvious. Sometimes it's the opposite, the threat you'd been managing turns out to be bigger than you imagined, or becomes an obstacle due to the sheer volume of too many things Clarified at once.

Values

Available 7/6

Values addresses how your values are what actually make you valuable to others. It's about the quiet distance between what you say you care about and what you actually move toward.

Wisdom

Available 7/27

Wisdom isn't just experience, plenty of people accumulate years without arriving at it. It's what happens when experience gets metabolized, when you've sat with something long enough that it becomes part of how you see.

Meet the author

Tony Baker

Tony Baker has spent the better part of three decades in rooms with people who felt like they were one wrong move from being found out. Celebrities, executives, athletes, leaders. All capable people, often successful, often quietly uncertain.

His career started in commercial portraiture, where his job was to get strangers to drop their guard in minutes. What he learned, early and repeatedly, is that the only thing that ever worked was going first.

That instinct followed him into corporate leadership at Amazon and Nike, into agencies running global creative teams for Apple, Walmart, and The North Face, and now into executive coaching with leaders navigating transitions that don’t come with a clear map.

The Field Guides to Life™ collection is an extension of the same work. Honest, direct conversations-in-book-form about the concepts that quietly shape how we move through our lives
